We are starting at 11am but registration will start at 10.15am. We will need to take your temperature before entering the premise. You will also need to take some time to get yourself comfortable and connecting your phone to the power point. We also need to collect your home address in the form below as record as precautionary measure too.

 

(Update) Event Cancelled:  With consideration to Covid-19, Heartbeat @ Bedok Esports 2020 will be going on with strict precautionary measures from Heartbeat, which we agree with. With these precautionary measures in place, the TeleTrip experience will not be at its fullest. Thus, we have decided to cancel TeleTrip Express – Mobile Legends at Heartbeat. Hope to see you at the next TeleTrip!

How does the registration work?

You can only sign up for 1 person for each account because we need every player's details. The total registrants need to be in multiples of five to play a match as a team. Minimum 20 registrants registrants. Registration is first come first serve. In the event if the final numbers do not make up multiples of five, those beyond the last multiple of five will be placed in the waitlist. For example, if there are 28 registrants, the last 3 will be placed in the waitlist. Registrants who are not accepted in this TeleTrip will be given priority for the next TeleTrip.

How do I know if my registration is confirmed?

Registration is only confirmed after payment is received. We accept credit cards, bank transfer and PayNow. For bank transfer and PayNow, it is a manual process. After submitting the registration, you need to email your payment transaction to us. We will send you a confirmation email after payment is received. Please check your junk mail. All confirmed registration will be contacted by us through WhatsApp 2-3 days before the event date.

Can I register as a team?

We only accept registration individually. The fun in TeleTrip is that we balance the teams according the the ranks of the players so that each team has a good distribution of skill level. The teams and team members will only be disclosed at the start of TeleTrip.

What if I am late on the actual day?

The teams and team members for TeleMatch will be disclosed at the start of TeleTrip. Teamwork begins at the start. To prevent disadvantaging your team, those who are late will be replaced by those who are on the waitlist and are already present. Latecomers might end up without a team if multiples of five are complete and thus may not be able play the TeleMatch. No refund will be provided.

What happens if I am on the waitlist?

Waitlist registrants DO NOT need to make payment until your registration is confirmed. Waitlist registrants can be present at the event at 10am and we will slot you in when confirmed registrants no show or are very late.

Can I get a refund if I cannot make it for TeleTrip in the end?

NO refund will be given after registration is confirmed and payment is made.
